Over the course of 3 months you will receive...

12 x 60 minute sessions, once a week + recordings from every session with notes that summarize the main topics and highlights of the most important points and questions covered.

We start with exploring the 5 levels of awareness, getting clear on what is your baseline level of awareness and how stabilize at the next level.

This roadmap to awakening and the clear understanding of where you are at in your journey is the foundation that we build upon.

In every session I will use structured teaching and intuitive guidance to support you in recognizing and stabilizing at higher levels of awareness.

The first half of each session is dedicated to awakening and embodying higher consciousness.
After a brief greeting and check-in we meditate and drop into the deeper levels of our being.
We stabilize in higher consciousness through repeated glimpses and consistent practice.

Your ability to recognize your current level of awareness, change into a higher state of awareness, and gradually stabilize there, is a life changing skill. You will not regret having it.

The second half is dedicated to implementing this in your life and addressing any desires or challenges that you're facing now. Unprocessed pain, unmet needs, and attachment ruptures in our bodies contracts and obscures higher levels of awareness — both during sitting practice and in the midst of our daily lives.

This includes relational and energetic work for healing, connection, and wellbeing and cleaning up any blindspots of limiting stories, perspectives or shadow projections holding you back.

Over time and with consistent practice, your inner and outer world will transform.

Lastly — higher levels of awareness feels fantastic and manifests next level results, so we are going to have a good time together — enjoying both inner and outer transformation.

MY STORY

I’ve been deeply committed to healing, personal development, and spiritual awakening for over 15 years—driven by a vision to embody the change I wish to see, live in integrity, abundance, and empower others to lead with wisdom, wellbeing, and higher consciousness.

This commitment was born from a deep longing to be free from the inner storm of pain, fear, anger, and confusion that once shaped my everyday life.

To paint a clearer picture—I struggled with a profound lack of confidence. I constantly people-pleased and abandoned myself, all rooted in a deep fear of being abandoned.

I felt unsafe in my body and afraid to be seen, as if I didn’t belong anywhere and couldn’t truly be myself.

My sensitivity, joy, and deep love were often unappreciated or misunderstood by both family and peers, leaving me feeling isolated and unseen.

Internally, I carried a relentless and harsh inner critic. Collapsing under pressure—whether from within or from the outside—was a familiar pattern. I would freeze in moments that demanded presence, strength, or performance.

Beneath it all was a well of unprocessed frustration and anger—emotions I had unknowingly mastered the art of suppressing.

In my mid-teens, I began to recognize that much of our personal and collective suffering stems from a profound absence of authentic, wise, and compassionate leadership—within families, communities, organizations, and governments.

That realization lit a fire in me. I made a vow to understand the roots of suffering and fulfillment, to transform myself from the inside out, and to one day serve others from a place of embodied truth.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve devoted thousands of hours to meditation and immersed myself in the world’s great wisdom traditions. I’ve had the fortune and privilege to study and be guided by some extraordinary teachers and mentors — Andrew DeGregorio, Guy and Ilan Ferdman of Satori Prime, and Anna-Lisa Adelberg of the Luminous Awareness Institute, among others.

I’ve had profound glimpses into the nature of reality, including a paradigm-shattering kundalini awakening that opened the doors to unity consciousness.

I’ve also walked the path of western therapy and immersed myself in contemporary somatic and psycho-spiritual healing modalities.

Today, I can proudly say that I love being alive and most of the issues I faced before have been resolved or lessened to a great extent.

After living through and experiencing this profound transformation, my commitment to awakening, transformation, and the embodiment of wisdom and virtue has only grown stronger.

Walking this path—awakening and integrating while living fully in the world—has not always been easy.

But it is my calling.

What’s become evident to me is that the greatest impact I can have is in supporting awakening leaders and high-level professionals—those with the vision, capacity, and influence to ripple positive change far and wide.

Humanity is capable of so much more. And it’s my mission to support that evolutionary leap.
