Awareness.
Yes—the way you configure and hold awareness in and around your body is the foundation and the key.
Let’s try this out immediately with some examples for context and easier understanding.
When Life Feels Like Too Much
Everything in life works through the harmony of balance, right? If you’re starting to have too much of something, you need to balance it out to return to well-being.
So, let’s say you’ve been feeling like life is changing too rapidly…
Or like there are too many emotions and things moving in you.
All these changes, emotions, thoughts, and ups and downs have left you feeling:

Uneasy
-
Unsteady
-
Always on the move from one thing to the next without any rest
What you want is stability.
What you crave is support.
What you need is to feel grounded.
A Simple Practice to Feel Grounded
So how do you find stability?
How do you get support?
How do you actually make it happen?
You do it by bringing your awareness to the ground beneath you.
Try it right now. Just take a breath.
You don’t have to know how to do it “right.”
Somehow, some way, just find the ground.

Notice how stable the ground is.

Notice how it supports your entire body.
This is already better… but there’s more.
The Second Key: Intention
With your awareness in the ground below, and without needing to know how,
let your body effortlessly receive the grounding energy of the Earth
—through your feet and the base of your spine.
Let that energy resource your entire body and mind.
Can you feel how everything is more stable now?
More steady?
How your body begins to relax into the support of the ground?
Stay with this as long as you like.
Now you know:
Whenever you want to feel more stable and supported, bring awareness to the ground beneath you.
And by simply intending to receive the energy of the Earth, you become resourced.

They’ve never given me diminishing returns. Only more ease, more stability, more peace.
Over time, this becomes automatic and effortless. You begin to embody it.
Eventually, you walk into a room…
and you hold ground for everybody.
Bonus Practice: The Spacious Awareness Around You
There are many things to explore with awareness and intention.
Another one you can play with is the open space around the body.
There’s still, empty, seamless space around your head and body.
Bring your awareness there.
Intend—somehow, some way—to attune to that space.
Simply notice how it feels.
What Now?
